If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of Ukraine.

13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
