Target Audience: The Site is created and administered in the territory of Ukraine and is intended exclusively for users located in Ukraine. All content, recommendations, and information are oriented towards Ukrainian users and may not comply with the laws, cultural norms, or technical standards of other countries.

If you are located outside of Ukraine, you use the Site at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country. The Administration is not responsible for any possible discrepancies between the information and the requirements of the laws of other jurisdictions.

2. TERMS OF SERVICE

2.1. General Conditions

  • All information on the Site is provided for informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Materials may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • The use of information from the Site is at your own risk.

  • Copying, distribution, modification, or any other use of materials without the written permission of the Administration is prohibited. Quoting is permitted to the extent justified by the purpose, with a mandatory reference to the source.

2.3. Prohibited Actions

When using the Site, it is prohibited to:

  • violate intellectual property rights;
  • distribute malicious programs or attempt to hack;
  • collect personal data of other users without their consent;
  • use the Site for illegal activities.

2.4. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their privacy policies or any damage resulting from their use.

Materials created, in whole or in part, using artificial intelligence technologies (hereinafter — “AI-Content”) may be published on the Site. We strive to review such content, however:

3. PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. What Data We Collect

3.1.1. Data Voluntarily Provided by the User

  • First and Last Name: if you leave comments, fill out a feedback form, or subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Email Address: to contact you, send informational materials, and confirm subscription.
  • Message Content: any texts, files, or information you send through forms on the Site.

3.1.2. Automatically Collected Data

  • IP Address — to ensure security, diagnostics, and analytics.
  • Browser Type, Operating System, Software Version — for correct display of the Site.
  • Date and Time of Visit — for load analysis and statistics.
  • Referrer Source — to understand where users come from.
  • Information about Cookies — see Section 4.
  • Behavioral Data on the Site — pages viewed, time on page, clicks, etc. (when using analytical tools).

3.1.3. Data Received from Third Parties

We may receive anonymized statistical information from advertising networks (e.g., Google AdSense) and analytical services (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica), which does not allow for the identification of a specific user.

3.2. Purposes of Data Collection

The collected information is used for:

  • ensuring the functioning and security of the Site;

  • sending informational and advertising materials (subject to consent);

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. For users from EU countries, processing may also be based on:

  • performance of a contract — to respond to requests and provide services.

3.4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

We only transfer data in the following cases:

  • advertising networks: Google AdSense, possibly other partners (with your consent);
  • hosting provider: servers may be located outside Ukraine (e.g., in the Netherlands, Germany, USA), but we choose providers that ensure reliable data protection;

3.5. Data Storage and Protection

  • Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
  • We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data.
  • Comments and messages are stored indefinitely until you request their deletion.
  • Server logs are stored for up to 6 months.
  • Cookie data — according to the terms specified in Section 4.

3.6. Your Rights

For users from Ukraine: you have the right to access, correct, delete your data, as well as to withdraw consent in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

For users from other countries: we cannot guarantee compliance with all local data protection laws. If you use the Site, you do so voluntarily and agree that your rights will be determined exclusively by the laws of Ukraine.

4. COOKIE POLICY

5. GOOGLE ADSENSE AND ADVERTISING

We only feature products and services that we believe are useful for our audience. The presence of affiliate links does not constitute a recommendation and does not guarantee the quality of goods or services.

7. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA

All materials on the Site are protected by copyright. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed on our Site, you may send a notification (complaint) to info@homenews.blog including:

  • a link to the original material to which you hold the rights;
  • a link to the page on the Site where the infringing material is located;
  • your contact information (name, email, phone);
  • confirmation that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.

We review such requests within a reasonable time and take action in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Warning: false DMCA claims may incur liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and similar provisions of applicable law. We reserve the right to disclose the complainant’s data in case of abuse of right.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all its content are provided on an “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, applicability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, absence of viruses, uninterrupted operation, and legal correctness for your country.

8.2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the legislation of Ukraine, the Administration shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • the use or inability to use the Site;
  • reliance on any information posted on the Site;
  • actions taken based on recommendations or advice from the Site;
  • lost profits, data loss, moral harm, damage to business reputation.

This limitation applies regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).

8.3. Financial Cap on Liability

If the exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law, the maximum total liability of the Administration is limited to the amount actually paid by the user to the Administration in the last 12 months (if such payments occurred). Otherwise, liability is limited to 0 (zero) hryvnias/US dollars.

8.4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Administration from and against any and all losses, expenses (including legal fees), fines, and claims of third parties arising as a result of:

  • your use of the Site in violation of the law or this document;
  • your violation of intellectual property rights;
  • misuse of content;
  • any actions taken using your account.

8.5. Force Majeure

The Administration is released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances of force majeure, including but not limited to: military actions, cyberattacks, sanctions, data center outages, internet shutdowns, actions of state authorities, blocking of payment systems, natural disasters.

8.6. Maximum Interpretation

All provisions of this document concerning the limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and release from obligations shall be interpreted as broadly as possible in favor of the Administration, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

9.1. All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising out of or in connection with this document shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

9.2. Pre-trial procedure: in the event of a dispute, you agree to send a written claim to info@homenews.blog. The claim review period is 30 days. If agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of Ukraine.

9.3. Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be referred for consideration to the courts of the city of Zaporizhzhia (at the place of registration of the Administration) or another court in accordance with jurisdiction established by law. The user, regardless of their location, agrees to such jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory norms of applicable law.

9.4. Class Action Waiver

For users from the USA and other jurisdictions where such a waiver is permitted: you unconditionally waive any right to participate in class actions, collective lawsuits, or mass arbitrations. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only.

9.5. Limitation Period

Any claim against the Administration must be filed within 6 (six) months from the date when the claimant knew or should have known about the violation of their rights. After this period, the right to sue is forfeited, unless a longer period is established by mandatory norms of applicable law.

10. CHILDREN

The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such collection (e.g., as a result of a violation), we will immediately delete the information.

11. CHANGES TO THE DOCUMENT

We reserve the right to make changes to this document. The new version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. Material changes may be additionally highlighted.
